Approaching my thirtieth birthday, I realized I wanted to celebrate with a significant cause that would create a legacy instead of celebrating without a cause. I selected to campaign towards the research development of those affected by silent diseases in Mississippi and urban communities throughout the United States. Realizing the need to provide family and community services, Creating Change Campaign was erected to address some of the troubling trends with youth and their families. The primary purpose of the Campaign is to develop and promote programs and projects that will assist in addressing and eradicating those problems and issues that contribute to community deterioration. Most importantly, our goal is to create awareness of the issues that affect our generation and designed to empower residents and improve the quality of their lives.
